The Faculty of Management students actively combine education with entertainment and sport. Cultural and sport events are organized by the Student Government, youth organizations and scientific groups, as well as the Faculty of Management authorities and one of the units of Czestochowa University of Technology.

Each year during springtime there is Student Festival for all Czestochowa University of Technology students. A march of the Student Procession from the student campus to the City Hall and a traditional handing over of the keys to the city by the President of Czestochowa is organized during this celebration. The King and Queen of the march are chosen. Those events are accompanied by many other ones, e.g. The Crazy Computer Man Olympics, film marathon, concerts, and discos. In the recent years people enjoyed the music of popular groups: T.Love, Lady Pank, Carpe Diem, N.E.F.R.E, Piersi, The Washing Machine, Renton, Raz, Dwa, Trzy.

The Sport Day is another important event for the Faculty of Management. Both students and university teachers take part in it. The competition covers many sports disciplines (volleyball, table tennis, basketball, floorball, armwrestling and futsal, and others). The winners in particular disciplines receive certificates and prizes in kind.

The Faculty of Management organizes exhibitions, competitions, trips, meetings with popular men of culture and sports.
It is being planned by the University Culture and Sports Centre to create four clubs in which Czestochowa University of Technology students, including the Faculty of Management students, will be able to develop their skills and interests. The Singing Enthusiasts Club will direct its offer at people with vocal talents, interested among others in the participation in the choir. The Dancing Enthusiasts Club is to organize ballroom dance courses. The Film Enthusiasts Club will not only make projections of valuable Polish and world cinema works, but also invite famous actors to meetings with the students. The main aim of the Stagecraft Enthusiasts Club is to organize acting workshops for the most talented students.

The Faculty of Management has initiated the Scientific, cultural and sports events organized by the students for the students programme. Every student can demonstrate enterprise and creativity by joining in the organization of events of this kind.
